Kathrin Schulte

With more than two decades of experience in leading global executive search and leadership advisory firms, I am an experienced senior professional in executive search, leadership assessments, career counselling, and executive coaching. I have recruited, assessed and developed top management and senior leaders. I have advised my clients on identifying and assessing the skill sets and leadership competencies needed to foster their transformational journeys. For many years, I have supported senior leaders in unleashing their full potential.

With experience across a variety of industries, I bring a broad skill set that spans different types of organizations, from publicly listed companies to family-owned businesses and mid-cap firms.

I am a qualified business coach with a postgraduate degree from the Ashridge Centre for Executive Coaching, an internationally recognized leader in executive coaching research and a pioneer in setting coaching standards. Additionally, I am a certified HOGAN assessor.

My long tenure as Senior Client Partner EMEA for the Global Industry and Consumer teams at Korn Ferry International, along with my role as a partner at Heidrick & Struggles, has given me extensive business and consulting experience on an international level.
